Communication with Shareholders and Investors (FY2024)
花蜜直播app actively discloses information to shareholders and investors, and strives to promote constructive dialogue through the General Meeting of Shareholders, Conferences on Financial Results, and individual meetings.
The feedback from shareholders and investors gathered through these dialogues is reported to the Board of Directors, as well as to management which includes the Representative Director, President and Chief Executive Officer (hereinafter referred to as the “President”), and is reflected in improvement of management and IR activities.
Dialogue system
Dialogue with shareholders and investors is overseen by the President, with the Representative Director, Senior Corporate Executive Officer (who is Assistant to the President, Chief Financial Officer, and also oversees areas such as Corporate Communication; hereinafter referred to as the “Senior Corporate Executive Officer”).
Under the supervision of the Executive Officer in charge of the Corporate Communication Group, the IR Department of the same Group takes the lead regarding specific measures. When necessary, they collaborate and consult with the Corporate Planning Department, the Sustainability Department, and other related business divisions.
At the individual meetings, individuals are classified into a three-tiered system based on internal regulations (such as the number of shares held and investment attributes), depending on which the President, Senior Corporate Executive Officer, or the Investor Relations Department shall attend the meeting as 花蜜直播app’s representatives.
In addition, we strictly adhere to our disclosure policy regarding information disclosure and dialogue from the perspective of fair disclosure and the prevention of insider trading, including measures such as placing restrictions on the timing of meetings.
