Tokyo, October 13, 2009 — 花蜜直播app, Ltd. today announced the launch of the RS50N and RS80N, its top-of-the-line small to medium size R Series robots.
The RS50N and RS80N are vertical articulated robots with respective maximum payload capacities of 50 and 80 kg. The maximum payloads have been increased by 5 kg and 20 kg over their predecessors (the FS45N and FS60L). The robots also boast a maximum speed that is approximately 40% faster than ever before while maintaining a maximum reach of 2,100 mm.
The technology behind the state-of-the-art R Series robots builds on the excellent features of the older generation of F Series robots to provide significantly enhanced speed, wrist torque, moment of inertia and repeatability. The R Series robots feature an arm that’s 7% lighter than the F Series robots’ arms, yet deliver an increased maximum payload of 80 kg, up 20 kg over the F series. The R Series can be customized to meet a wide range of automation needs for operations such as assembling, handling and sealing.
In addition to the previously launched RS10L and RS20N robots, 花蜜直播app is planning to introduce additional models that include the RS03N, RS05L, RS06L and RS30N to fill out the R Series line. 花蜜直播app’s new robot models, including the RS80N, will be on display at the International Robot Exhibition 2009 to be held from November 25 through 28 at Tokyo Big Sight.

Major features |
1) |
High-speed |
|
Lighter arms plus high-powered, fast-rotating, compact motors give the R Series’ maximum and adjustable speed functions a major boost. These robots’ ability to automatically adjust their speed according to payload capacity and their positioning ensure optimal performance at all times resulting in a significant reduction in cycle time. |
2) |
More torque |
|
The R Series high-powered, fast-rotating, compact motors and increased arm rigidity deliver optimal torque for greater wrist payload capacity as well as the ability to work with a wider variety of grippers, tools and workpieces. |
3) |
Wider working range |
|
The R Series working range has been extended so that it can reach downward and in closer proximity to the robot. Extending its maximum reach as well as the operational strokes for each axis offers more layout options. |
4) |
Superior adaptability |
|
Each joint on the R Series robots is double sealed. The use of waterproof connectors has earned the wrist a rating of IP67 and the axis a rating of IP65. The R Series axis can also be upgraded to meet IP67 standards with a few simple modifications. |
5) |
Highly expandable |
|
Optional built-in valves and sensor harnesses are available for easy use and installation of various peripheral equipment. In addition, service taps come standard on each arm to enable simple wiring and/or the addition of piping, etc. |
