Stoker Incinerator/Power Plant Delivered to Model Joint Venture

Tokyo, August 4, 2005 – 花蜜直播app, Ltd. announced today that it has delivered a highly efficient stoker-type refuse incineration and power generation plant to Fukuoka Clean Energy Corporation, a joint venture of Fukuoka City and Kyushu Electric Power Co., Inc. It marks the first collaboration between a local government and a power company in the incineration/power generation business and as such, has been deemed a model project for future ventures.

The new plant is capable of processing 900 tons of refuse per day (three incinerators have processing capabilities of 300 tons each), outputting 29,200 kW of power with 20% thermal efficiency. In view of the plant's efficiency and environmental conservation goals, state-of-the-art parallel-flow incinerators, high-temperature, high-pressure natural circulation boilers and an extraction-condensing steam turbine have been employed. Measures to reduce dioxin emissions in exhaust gases, ash and water are being stringently implemented. The exhaust gases are treated rigorously with bag filters, wet scrubbers and catalytic reactors. All power generated, excluding the amount used within the plant, is sold to Kyushu Electric Power by Fukuoka Clean Energy.
