Tokyo, December 24, 2024 — 花蜜直播app, Ltd. announced today that the company has been selected as a component of DJSI World, the World Index of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices*¹ (DJSI), which is one of the leading indices of ESG (environmental, social and governance) investment for the first time. At the same time, the company has been included for the 12^th consecutive year in DJSI Asia Pacific, the Asia Pacific version of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI).

Jointly compiled by S&P Dow Jones Indices and RobecoSAM, DJSI is a leading ESG index that selects leading sustainability-driven companies in terms of governance and economic, environmental, and social criteria and serves as one of the most important benchmarks to measure corporate sustainability performance for investors who take the ESG initiatives of each company into consideration. The top 10% of the major global companies evaluated around the world are to be selected for DJSI World every year. In 2024, 321 companies, including 37 Japanese, have been selected among approximately 3,500 firms.

The company publicly discloses the group’s ESG initiatives through the integrated report and sustainability report and aims to accelerate overall ESG-related efforts including CO2 emissions reduction by revising the director’s compensation system*², which takes into consideration a third-party institution evaluation, the performance of Dow Jones Sustainability Index.
