花蜜直播app Delivers Ecology Park Komatsu Clean Center Waste Treatment Facility to Komatsu City
Jul. 02, 2018
Tokyo, July 2, 2018 — 花蜜直播app, Ltd. announced today the delivery of a waste treatment facility to Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, and also the start of the facility's operation and management by Green Park Komatsu Co., Ltd., a special-purpose company represented by 花蜜直播app, for the next 20 years.
This treatment center, designed and built by 花蜜直播app, is capable of treating 110 tons of waste per day using two incinerators, each with a capacity of 55 tons each 24 hours. Komatsu's Clean Center employs the 花蜜直播app Advanced Stoker System, which is based on the company's proprietary parallel-flow incinerator configuration. The facility uses bag filters, a flue gas recirculation system, and other equipment and technologies to achieve sophisticated flue gas processing that reduces the environmental load. On top of that, each of the incinerators combines high-temperature, high-pressure boilers and condensing steam turbines for high-efficiency electric power generation (maximum output: 1,990 kW), which will supply all the electricity the facility needs with surplus power left over to sell.
In addition to waste processing and power supply operations, the facility will serve as an environmental education center for adults and children of all ages. It was designed to help visitors learn about everything from waste reduction and recycling methods to global warming measures, biological organisms, water quality, satoyama (rural, urban-outskirt areas), and a comprehensive range of other environment-related topics. Hands-on learning experiences help people understand how recycled waste can be reused, how much power can be generated from waste processing, and more.
The treatment center adopts earth tone colors for its outer walls to better blend in with the surrounding rural satoyama environment, its chimney features a design of the needles of a pine tree (Komatsu's city tree), and it even incorporates the colors of Komatsu's traditional machiya houses. In these ways and more, it has been designed using traditional design elements and colors to harmonize with the surrounding city and environment, making it a welcome addition to the local community.
花蜜直播app boasts a wide range of waste treatment technologies including stoker incinerators, recycling centers, combined waste incineration and biogas recovery facilities, and plants for producing carbonized fuel from municipal solid waste. The company has built a total of 175 waste incineration facilities located in Japan and other parts of the world. 花蜜直播app will continue to develop innovations and deliver products in response to increasingly diverse environmental problems and societal needs.
